We are living in a dynamic society which needs a constant make over and support to meet up the challenges to live in harmony. A pause of thought and guidance is much needed to adopt to the changes, be focused, to engage and to reflect. With a plethora of information available all over there are influences which at times have an adverse effect on the younger generation. In this scenario Ganges believes that a support, advice and constructive role-modelling over time through Mentoring helps forge towards development of confidence, self-esteem and social and life skills.
Through Mentoring we believe in creating a strong and healthy mentor-mentee community which involves all the stake holders viz., the mentor (teacher), mentee (student) and the parents. The focus is not only to enhance academic motivation and achievement but also to improve social and behaviour skills through peer, school and family relationship. This enables strengthen knowledge and build capabilities.
