NIE program has a comprehensive approach, built around a range of activities, including events which are informative, educative and entertainment- based an array of workshops, student of the year awards, privileges programme, school reporter and star correspondent programmes.

NIE programme is designed to help students evolve into well-informed individuals capable of recognizing their talents and paving a way for themselves. The program has an active group of  NIE Star Correspondents drawn from the student community who write regularly for the paper. The overall impact is to instill a regular newspaper reading habit among students and give education new dimension.

The Hindu student edition brings the real world into the classroom and provides a wealth of information that can be used as an educational tool to promote learning. At Ganges, the newspaper is being used to teach vocabulary, encourage reading, and initiate discussions on worldwide events.

We are very happy that we have chosen Ganges Valley for our daughters. We were very concerned last year since this is the first school experience for our children in India. Ganges has ensured a smooth transition for them.
